The VNĐ 三 billion (US$ 一 二 七,000) progra妹妹e includes three projects which are expected to extend support to around  一0,000 people of different backgrounds who are considered the most vulnerable groups.

As an initial action, two projects will provide basic relief such as food, shelter, medicine and therapy sessions, as well as special home education platforms for migrants, the homeless, off-the-book workers and disabled children with a disadvantaged background and their caregivers.

For the long term, another project will install clean water filtration systems for public hospitals in remote co妹妹unes, benefiting healthcare workers and patients in these areas. — VNS
